How to Order Custom Stickers
Making your own stickers should not require a quote, twelve emails and a mysterious PDF proof.
Upload your artwork, make the choices that matter and see the result before you order. That’s basically it.
1. Upload your artwork
Start with the design you want to turn into a sticker.
Upload your JPG, PNG, TIFF, AI, PDF or EPS file and the editor will place it on the canvas and suggest a cut line around the artwork.
If the image is too small for the sticker size you choose, the editor will let you know before you order.

2. Choose the shape
You can keep things simple with a regular shape or let the sticker follow the outline of your design.
For a custom shape, the editor automatically suggests a cut line around the artwork. You can adjust the spacing and check the result directly on screen.

3. Pick the size
Choose one of the standard sizes or enter your own dimensions.
The preview updates as you change the size, and the editor will warn you if the original artwork starts getting too small for a sharp print.
No need to calculate DPI manually before you even start.
4. Choose the material
This is where the same design can turn into a completely different sticker.
Go classic with glossy Premium vinyl, take down the shine with Matte, let the background show through with Transparent, or make the material part of the artwork with Holographic, Glitter, Gold or Silver.
Need something for a harder job? Heavy Duty is there for more demanding surfaces and use.
If you just want a really good regular sticker and do not know what to pick, Premium is the easy choice.
5. Choose exactly how many you want
One sticker is fine.
So are ten, a hundred or a few thousand.
There is no minimum order, and the price updates immediately when you change the quantity. Larger quantities get automatic volume discounts, so you can see the actual trade-off before deciding.
No quote required.
6. Check the preview
Before adding anything to your cart, check the sticker on screen.
Look at:
- the size
- the cut line
- the border around the design
- the selected material
- the quantity
- the final price
Change anything that does not look right.
7. Add to cart and checkout
Add the sticker to your cart and continue to checkout. Enter your billing and shipping details, choose one of the available payment and delivery options and place the order.
If you want several different designs, create each sticker and add them to the same cart.
What happens after you order?
We take the file and settings you approved in the editor and send the order into production.
Depending on the material, your stickers are printed, laminated where required and digitally cut to the final shape in our own production facility in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Most orders are produced within 3–8 working days, depending on material, quantity and current workload. Your available shipping options and delivery cost are shown at checkout.
A few things worth checking before you order
Is the artwork sharp enough?
If the editor warns about low resolution, reducing the sticker size or uploading a better original will give you a cleaner print.
Is the cut line where you want it?
Especially on die-cut stickers, check the outline and border before adding the design to your cart.
Did you choose the right material?
Glossy, matte, transparent and special-effect materials can make the exact same artwork look very different.
Is the quantity right?
There is no minimum, so there is no reason to order more than you actually want.
