These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the PrettyGoodStickers website and the services provided by Ride All Day AB.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

References to “PrettyGoodStickers”, “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms refer to Ride All Day AB operating under the PrettyGoodStickers brand.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website accurate and up to date. Despite this, information on the website may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All products, descriptions and prices on the website are subject to change without notice.
2. Consumer and Business Customers
For consumers, private individuals, the Swedish Consumer Sales of Goods Act (Konsumentköplagen) and other mandatory consumer protection legislation apply. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under such mandatory legislation.
For business customers, the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (Köplagen) and other non-mandatory legislation apply. Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
3. Account Registration and Age Requirement
By placing an order or registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are at least 13 but under 18, you may only use the website or place orders under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and expressly agreed to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. The parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s use of the website and any orders placed.
When registering an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account and for keeping login credentials confidential.
If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, please contact us at support@prettygoodstickers.com without delay.
3.1 Suspension and Termination of Accounts
We may suspend or terminate a customer account, refuse to accept further orders, or cancel pending orders, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- the customer has submitted fraudulent information, used fraudulent payment methods, or attempted payment fraud or chargeback abuse;
- uploaded content infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates applicable law;
- the customer has used the website or services in a manner that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or that disrupts our operations or other customers;
- the customer has failed to pay amounts due, or has materially breached these Terms;
- continued provision of services would expose PrettyGoodStickers to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
Where an account is terminated, the customer remains liable for amounts owed for orders already placed or in production. We will refund amounts paid for orders that have not yet entered production, except where retained as set-off against amounts owed.
4. Orders and Custom Products
PrettyGoodStickers produces custom-made products based on customer-submitted artwork, files and specifications.
Because each product is manufactured specifically for the order, variations in color, material appearance, sizing, positioning and finish may occur between on-screen previews and the final printed product. Such variations are considered normal production tolerances and are addressed in Section 9.
Customers are responsible for reviewing uploaded files, on-screen previews, spelling, dimensions and order details before completing a purchase.
When you place an order you make a binding offer of purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation by email.
If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as PrettyGoodStickers reviewing, approving, endorsing, or assuming responsibility for any artwork, images, text or other content submitted by customers. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that submitted content complies with all applicable laws in any jurisdiction where the products are ordered, produced, shipped or delivered.
5. Prices, Payment and Retention of Title
Prices are displayed on the website in the selected currency and may include or exclude VAT depending on the customer’s region and customer type. Applicable shipping costs, taxes and fees are presented during checkout.
Payment must be completed before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers including Stripe and PayPal. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be displayed at checkout. Each payment provider operates under its own terms of service, which apply between the customer and the provider.
PrettyGoodStickers does not store full payment card details; card information is handled directly by the payment provider over encrypted connections.
All payments are subject to validation and authorization by the relevant financial institution or payment provider. If authorization is denied, the corresponding order will be cancelled without further liability on the part of PrettyGoodStickers.
We are not responsible for additional charges, fees or penalties imposed by the customer’s payment provider, including currency conversion fees or international transaction fees imposed by the customer’s bank or card issuer.
All products remain the property of Ride All Day AB until full payment has been received.
6. Production and Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on workload, shipping carrier performance, customs handling and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping and contact information.
For consumers, risk transfers upon physical delivery of the goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For business customers, risk transfers when the goods are handed over to the carrier.
6.1 International Shipping
PrettyGoodStickers ships internationally. For orders shipped within the European Economic Area (EEA), applicable duties and taxes are generally included in the order total. For orders shipped outside the EEA:
- the customer may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, taxes and similar charges levied by the destination country;
- the customer is responsible for compliance with all import regulations and restrictions in the destination country;
- customs clearance delays are outside our control and are not included in delivery time estimates.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to destinations subject to trade embargoes, sanctions or where shipping is otherwise prohibited, restricted or impractical due to legal, regulatory or logistical reasons.
6.2 Uncollected and Returned Packages
If a package is not collected at the customer’s collection point within 14 days, is refused by the customer, or is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be charged a handling fee of EUR 20, or equivalent, plus any additional return shipping or customs costs incurred.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, as further set out in Section 17, Force Majeure.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Custom-made products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) Article 16(c) and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).
Production is deemed to have commenced upon dispatch of the order confirmation, at which point the right of withdrawal ceases. By placing an order for custom-made products, the customer expressly acknowledges and consents to the loss of the right of withdrawal once production has commenced.
For non-customized stock products, where applicable, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal calculated from the day of delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact support@prettygoodstickers.com with your order number, item details and customer name and address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Your Artwork: How We Use It and How We Don’t
We treat customer artwork with care. This section explains in plain language what we do with the files you upload, what we don’t do, and what you’re responsible for.
8.1 You Own Your Artwork
You retain ownership of all artwork, logos, images and other content you upload to PrettyGoodStickers (“Your Content”). Uploading content to us does not transfer ownership.
8.2 How We Use Your Uploads
By placing an order, you grant PrettyGoodStickers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to copy, modify, rasterize, vectorize and otherwise process Your Content to the extent necessary to:
- produce and deliver your order;
- perform print preparation, color correction and technical adjustments;
- provide customer support;
- handle complaints, replacements and reorders;
- operate the production and order-handling systems that make the above possible.
This license is limited to the purposes listed above. It does not transfer ownership and does not entitle us to publish, sell, license, or otherwise make Your Content available to third parties outside of these production-related purposes.
8.3 How We Store Your Uploads
We keep your uploaded files associated with your customer account, or for guest orders, with your order record, for two main reasons: so we can support you if there’s an issue with your order, and so reordering is fast and frictionless.
Your files are not publicly accessible. We do not publish customer artwork in public galleries, searchable customer libraries, public profile pages, or any other publicly-accessible location.
You can request that we delete your uploaded files at any time by contacting privacy@prettygoodstickers.com. We will comply with such requests subject to legal, accounting and tax obligations that may require us to retain certain records, for example, the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires us to retain order-related records for 7 years.
8.4 Our Commitment on AI and Your Artwork
We do not use customer-uploaded artwork to train generative artificial intelligence models. Not our own, and not any third party’s. Your designs are not training data.
We do use specialized automated and AI-assisted tools for narrow, non-generative production tasks. These include things like background removal, image sharpening, color correction, file format conversion, print preparation and preview generation. These tools process your file to prepare it for printing; they do not learn from it and they do not generate new artwork from it.
We may also use AI-assisted tools internally for tasks unrelated to your artwork, such as drafting our own marketing copy, generating illustrative imagery for our own marketing campaigns, customer support drafting, and operational efficiency. Customer artwork is never used as input to these tools without separately-given consent.
If our use of AI in production-related tasks materially changes, we will update this section accordingly.
8.5 Marketing Use — Opt-In Only
We do not publish customer artwork in advertising, social media, showcase galleries or other marketing material without your separate permission.
If you would like us to feature your design, for example, on our social channels or as a case study, you can opt in at checkout or by separate written consent. Consent given at checkout may be withdrawn at any time by contacting support@prettygoodstickers.com.
PrettyGoodStickers may also offer a separate Marketing Release form allowing customers to grant broader publication rights to specific artwork. Such releases operate independently of these Terms and only apply to the artwork and channels specifically identified in the release.
8.6 Your Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights, including copyright, trademark and publicity rights, to use Your Content, and that producing the ordered products will not infringe the rights of any third party or violate applicable law in any jurisdiction where the products are ordered, produced, shipped or delivered.
PrettyGoodStickers reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to refuse or cancel orders containing content that we believe may infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law or otherwise be inappropriate. See Section 8.7 for the categories of content we will not produce.
8.7 Content We Will Not Produce
You agree not to upload, submit or order products containing content that:
- is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous or invasive of privacy;
- infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties;
- contains hate speech, discriminatory content or incitement to violence;
- contains malware, viruses or harmful code;
- sexually exploits or endangers minors;
- violates any applicable local, national or international law;
- could create material harm, damage, or legal liability to PrettyGoodStickers, our employees, other customers, or third parties.
We may review submitted content, refuse to produce orders containing prohibited content, cancel orders at any stage if content is determined to violate these Terms, and where required by law report illegal content to the appropriate authorities. Our decision to cancel an order on content grounds is final, and if we do so, you will receive a full refund for the affected order.
9. Production Tolerances
As a print-on-demand manufacturer, certain variations are inherent in the production process. The following are considered acceptable variations and do not constitute defects:
9.1 Quantity
Variations of less than 10% of the ordered quantity are considered immaterial. For variations exceeding 10% of the ordered quantity, our liability is limited to a credit corresponding to the undelivered quantity.
9.2 Color
We use industry-standard color management but cannot guarantee an exact match between on-screen previews and printed output. Variations between display devices, materials and print runs are normal.
9.3 Cutting and Positioning
Minor variations in cutting, positioning and finish are inherent in the production process and do not constitute defects.
9.4 Customer-Caused Errors
We are not liable for spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors in customer-uploaded content, low-resolution or inferior-quality uploaded images, design errors introduced by the customer, or errors in customer-selected options such as material, finish, quantity or product type.
10. Complaints, Returns and Refunds
If a product is defective, damaged or materially inconsistent with the approved order, please contact us at support@prettygoodstickers.com within a reasonable period after delivery.
Consumer complaints are handled in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales of Goods Act (Konsumentköplagen). Consumers have the right to make a complaint regarding defects that appear within three (3) years from delivery.
Business customers shall notify us of any defect or damage without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days after delivery, failing which the right to claim may be lost.
Please include the following information in any complaint:
- Order number
- Item or article reference
- Customer name and address
- Photograph(s) of the defective item where applicable
Where a verified production error exists, we may, at our reasonable discretion:
- replace affected products,
- issue a partial or full refund, or
- provide store credit or another reasonable remedy.

For international returns, mark the package clearly as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs duties. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
10.1 Goodwill Refunds and Handling of Refunded Products
As described above, custom-made products are generally exempt from statutory withdrawal rights and not eligible for cancellation, return or refund once production has begun. From time to time, PrettyGoodStickers may nevertheless choose, at its sole discretion, to issue a refund, partial refund or store credit as a goodwill gesture, even where we are not legally required to do so.
Where PrettyGoodStickers issues such a goodwill refund, partial refund or store credit, the customer agrees that:
- the physical product remains with, or is returned to, PrettyGoodStickers and becomes the property of Ride All Day AB;
- PrettyGoodStickers may, at its discretion, retain such products as internal samples, use them for non-commercial material testing, donate them, provided they do not contain customer artwork, personal data or third-party intellectual property, or destroy them in an environmentally responsible manner. For the avoidance of doubt, PrettyGoodStickers shall not commercially exploit, sell or sublicense any customer artwork contained in such products;
- products containing identifiable third-party trademarks, logos, personal names, photographs of identifiable individuals, or other personal data will not be redistributed externally, and will instead be destroyed or used only in fully internal, non-public contexts;
- if the customer prefers that the product be destroyed rather than retained, the customer may request this in writing at the time the refund is requested, and PrettyGoodStickers will comply with such a request.
This clause applies only where a refund or credit is issued as a goodwill gesture beyond mandatory legal requirements. Where a refund is issued because of a verified production defect or other legal entitlement, the handling of the returned product is governed by the remainder of this Section 10 and applicable consumer protection law.
11. Transport Damage and Unclaimed Packages
If a product is damaged or lost during transport from us to the customer, the customer should report the damage to us without delay.
For consumers, PrettyGoodStickers is responsible for the goods until delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, and the consumer may direct claims to PrettyGoodStickers regardless of whether the damage occurred during transport.
For business customers, the relevant claim should be made to the shipping carrier without delay, as risk transfers upon handover to the carrier.
If a return shipment is damaged or lost, the customer, as sender, is responsible. We recommend that all return shipments are sent as trackable shipments in suitable packaging.
If a package is not collected at the customer’s collection point within 14 days, the customer may be charged a handling fee as set out in Section 6.2 to cover return shipping and related costs.
12. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, business customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ride All Day AB, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates against any claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- the customer’s breach of these Terms; or
- any third-party claim arising from or relating to Your Content, including alleged infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation or violation of applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrettyGoodStickers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including but not limited to: liability under mandatory consumer protection legislation, liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct; or liability for death or personal injury. Consumers retain all rights afforded by the mandatory consumer protection legislation of their country of habitual residence.
PrettyGoodStickers is not liable for any damage, including property damage, arising from the customer’s use, application or placement of our products. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of our products complies with applicable laws and does not damage the surface on which they are applied.
14. Site Intellectual Property
The PrettyGoodStickers website and its content, including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, text, photographs, illustrations, product imagery, brand assets and other materials, the “Site Content”, are owned, controlled or licensed by Ride All Day AB and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
The Site Content is provided for personal, non-commercial browsing and use of the PrettyGoodStickers services. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of the Site Content without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants any right or license to use any PrettyGoodStickers trademark, brand name or logo.
15. Disclaimer of Warranty for the Site
The PrettyGoodStickers website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the website operational and secure but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the website is at the customer’s own risk, subject always to mandatory consumer protection legislation.
16. Product Safety and Compliance
Ride All Day AB is committed to product safety and compliance with applicable European Union regulations. Our operations focus on high-quality printing and customization of pre-certified materials supplied by our trusted suppliers and manufacturers.
The materials used in our products meet the requirements of relevant EU safety standards, including where applicable:
- REACH, Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals;
- GPSR, General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988;
- CLP, Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation.
We rely on compliance documentation provided by our material suppliers, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Declarations of Conformity (DoC), and we verify and maintain such documentation as appropriate.
We maintain internal traceability records linking finished products to material batches and suppliers, in line with applicable EU product safety requirements.
Compliance documentation for materials used in our products is available upon reasonable request from professional and regulatory parties at support@prettygoodstickers.com.
17. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics;
- war, terrorism, civil unrest or governmental action;
- labor disputes, strikes or lockouts;
- failure of suppliers, carriers or utilities;
- customs delays, trade restrictions or embargoes;
- cyber-attacks or telecommunications failures.
The affected party shall notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable and shall use reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of such circumstances.
18. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the PrettyGoodStickers website.
19. Third-Party Services
PrettyGoodStickers uses third-party providers for services including hosting, cloud storage, payment processing, shipping, analytics and customer support. Such providers process personal data and other information only to the extent necessary to provide their services to PrettyGoodStickers.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the consumer is habitually resident.
Consumers in Sweden may submit complaints to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at www.arn.se. PrettyGoodStickers will participate in ARN proceedings where required by applicable law.
EU consumers may also access information on consumer dispute resolution bodies via the European Commission’s Consumer Redress portal at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en.
The Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and other consumer-protection dispute resolution routes referenced in these Terms apply only to consumers as defined under Swedish and EU consumer protection legislation. Business customers do not have access to these routes and disputes involving business customers are resolved in accordance with the remainder of this Section.
Disputes may also be resolved by Swedish general courts, with Göteborgs tingsrätt as the court of first instance for disputes involving business customers.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to applicable law by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if that is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies or documents expressly referenced herein, including any separate Marketing Release granted by the customer, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Ride All Day AB regarding the use of the PrettyGoodStickers website and the purchase of products. They supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings, whether written or oral.
23. Language
These Terms may be made available in multiple languages. The English-language version is the original version. Translations are provided for the convenience of customers; in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail, except where local mandatory law requires a different language version to prevail, in which case that local version prevails for customers in that jurisdiction.
24. Changes to These Terms
PrettyGoodStickers reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions take effect upon publication on the PrettyGoodStickers website. For material changes affecting registered customers, PrettyGoodStickers shall provide notice by email or via the website.
